Itinerary

Day 1 Brighton

Make your own way to your hotel in Brighton. Whilst checking in, enjoy a welcome tea or coffee and mince pies, then perhaps head out to explore before meeting your fellow travellers over a welcome drink and dinner this evening.
Please note - The Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel has limited car parking and charges apply. Parking is on a first come first served basis - please see hotel website for more details. If the car park is full, there is alternative chargeable car parking close by. Meals included: D

Day 2 Christmas Eve, Brighton

It's Christmas Eve and after breakfast, we are heading out to the famous Royal Pavilion where we will enjoy a guided tour. The magnificent seaside palace combines Regency grandeur, Indian architecture, and Chinese-inspired interiors. Highlights include Queen Victoria's Bedroom, where the original magnificent 19th-century Chinese Export Wallpaper has been reinstated, and the wonderfully restored Regency Garden. Your afternoon is at leisure. Back at the hotel this evening, we will get together and enjoy dinner with a glass of wine.

Day 3 Christmas Day, Brighton

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxing morning before we gather for our festive luxury buffet Christmas lunch. This afternoon, you may wish to take advantage of the hotel's location and walk along the promenade. We will gather again this evening for a light dinner. Meals included: B,L,D

Day 4 Boxing Day, Brighton

This morning we'll set off on a guided tour of Brighton and discover highlights including the famous pier. The pier opened in 1899 and is often described as the finest ever built. Today it is home to an array of fairground rides, restaurants and food kiosks. You'll also get a stunning bird's-eye view of the city as you soar high into the air on the British Airways i360, a glass observation pod which climbs to 450 feet.

After breakfast it's time to check out of the hotel and make your own way home.

If you wish to upgrade to a privilege sea view room with a balcony for a supplement please call and our Holiday Advisors will be happy to assist.

Deposit information

When you book a holiday, you will be asked to pay a deposit, this will be made clear at the time of booking. In most cases we will charge the following deposit amount;

  • UK Holidays - £150 per person
  • European Holidays - £200 Per person
  • Worldwide Holidays - £250 or 10% whichever is the greater

On some holidays we may charge a slightly higher deposit, to cover any costs we have to pay immediately to secure your booking with our suppliers. This will be made clear at the time of booking.

If you choose a tour that is within 84 days of departure you will need to pay the full balance when you book.

Our cancellation policy

If you decide to cancel your confirmed booking you must notify us (or your travel agent) in writing, as soon as possible. Since we incur costs in cancelling your arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown below.

  • More than 75 days before departure - Loss of deposit only
  • 43 - 74 days - 50% of tour price
  • 29 - 42 days - 75% of tour price
  • 15 - 28 days - 90% of tour price
  • Day of Departure - 14 days - 100% of tour price
